[04-Jun-2018] Extremely uncooperative landlord. Many things she said would be done upon our approval to live in the apartment were not done. High rent and below average working appliances. Landlord did not do proper snow removal in order to get to work. When their snow plowers came and could not remove the snow from the driveway, they just left it. After all storms, the driveway was a sheet of ice that was not traversable, especially since it was a downhill drive. Had to report them to the city. Landlord refused to salt or sand. Landlord would not fix non-working smoke detectors, closet doors that would not close, or put a handrail on the outside stairs. Landlord's attitude was nasty, crude and arrogant. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
