[14-Aug-2018] I've never rented from a more arrogant, mendacious scoundrel as Scott Turansky. Beware of this man. He bullied me and exploited his mentally ill tenants while maintaining the facade of a Christian pastor. When I complained of filth, noise, or other unpleasant living conditions, he would reply in spite, as though I were bothering him, and sometimes asked me to handle these problems. As the only college-educated, employed tenant in his house, I was routinely made to feel like an obstacle in his efforts to fill every apartment with residents of a social services agency, which pays him more in rent. Several of these individuals have been observed engaging in prostitution, drug dealing, solicitation, and public disturbances. Most of it was tolerated by Mr. Turansky with the intention of collecting a steady, higher rent check. When I left, he had earned the contempt and distrust of the community.
