[23-Aug-2020] My experience with Bhatti has been overwhelmingly negative. I could go on and on like many others in the comments here before me, but I wouldn't be doing my due diligence if I didn't add my comments.
Bhatti, to put it simply, is a conniving, ignorant, selfish person. He doesn't respond to you and when you decide you've had enough and start calling authorities, he'll threaten to take you to court and ruin your life. I could go on about my lack of proper heating for months, bugs, animals, degradation, etc; but it would have all been okay if he took responsibility as the land owner. Instead, I was practically financially threatened by him and forced to leave.
If you know what's good for you, you'd avoid him like the plague.
It's so obvious that either he himself wrote some of the comments here that showers him with praise on his other profiles, or he paid other people to do it for him. They sound exactly like how he would speak in real life, especially the last 2019 review. It's such a bizarre thing to suggest that because people aren't coming here to write reviews about their bad experiences so he's a good landlord. The kind of people he takes advantage of in general aren't keyboard warriors ready to take him down online. They aren't all making an account here to slander him for little reasons. There are those of us who have rented from him that realize he needs to be spoken about anywhere people are willing to look.
Make no mistake, Bhatti is a professional victim and a sociopath. He will cry in front of others to garner sympathy for himself and sling vitriol to you behind their back in the same breath if it makes him look good.
He doesn't care about anyone or anything except for his own bottom line. Look into his LLC's online (Zym Enterprises, LLC; Morning Light Realty, LLC; Plaza Rentals, LLC, to name a few) by searching his name and you'll find he has a long history of lawsuits against him and his failing businesses, and the narrative often lines up with MANY other comments online. This isn't a conspiracy. He is simply a terrible person with no regard for anyone but himself.
I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. And I probably never will, like many others.
