[21-Oct-2019] Don't bother renting from this woman if you are below 30. My fiance and I moved here a little over a year ago and never bothered to finish settling in after the first 2-3 months. She harrassed us all the time, blamed us for breaking the one washing machine in the building that we hadn't used in over a week because it was always occupied, blamed us for filling up the one small dumpster that's for the whole building (everyone is now required to hoard their trash because there's not enough room in the one and she keeps the other wired shut for her personal use), and accused us of leaving our windows open when it's raining, leading to a leak on the floor below. A contractor came out and confirmed it was a problem with the sealing on the downstairs window, and not rainwater from our floor seeping through the wall, as she had accused. Never even got an apology. And these are just SOME of the things we got blamed for. The most ridiculous was the time someone sent a bouquet of flowers to someone who used to live in the building, and we were accused of leaving them sit downstairs to rot. We don't even know a Larry, who they were addressed to. We decided right away to wait out the lease and leave. During this time, one young couple and a group of 3 young men have also moved in and back out within 2 months' time. We never heard a peep from them, never had any issues, but she complained about them all the time supposedly being loud and unruly. It's clear she doesn't want anyone not middle-aged to live in her building.
