[04-Mar-2020] The community is dark, old, and smelling. Always have to fight for a visitor parking space. Takes 4+ months to fix hot water issue. The rental property has no water heater of its own. The hot water is supplied by the building. You'd be f'ed for months without working hot water if the centralized hot waster supply goes bad. Heat didn't work. AC was broke. All appliances are dilapidated. Broken window screens. Doesn't have patio door screen. Did not respect tenant's privacy. The owner did not spend money & effort to maintain/fix the rental property before the tenants moved in. Was told not to open windows and patio door because the moist from outside air might damage the hardwood floor. How could any landlord place such ridiculous and unreasonable demands on tenants? Old neighbor next door died in his closet, the bedroom from this rental property is just a wall away from the dead body. The dead body wasn't found for days, possibly for weeks. The location isn't that much better, don't believe what the owner tells you, ALL LIES. The owner thinks he could fool tenants by talking softly and telling calculated lies. Stay away from this slump community, it is disgusting. Stay away from privately owned rental properties in general. Pay a bit more for professionally run apartments. Oh, the owners are from China, that should tell you enough about them!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE OWNERS or you surely will regret!!!
