ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[06-Aug-2008] Heidi Cooper is a great person and a good landlord. She updates her modest but pleasant rentals with basic, good taste (saltillo tiles and hardwood floors). She even gave us little gifts. She lets you make modifications like planting trees. Her humorous motto was, "A job poorly done is better than no job at all." For example, the toilet that the roommates' young niece jammed with a roll of toilet paper resulted in a clogged sewer line that was never fixed; but Heidi did make some efforts. The one significant downside, which is a firm negative for all renters, is that Heidi keeps a signficant portion of your deposit, no matter how you clean. But if you are willing to automatically kiss most of your deposit goodbye, renting from Heidi Cooper in Albuquerque is a very pleasant experience.
