ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[01-Oct-2020] Landlord did not have the home ready on the agreed upon move in date. Personal items were not removed, carpets were not cleaned, walls were not repainted, damage was not repaired and home was filthy. Landlord stole our security deposit anyway when we opted not to move in.
