[11-Mar-2021] This landlord was dishonest. She knowingly rented a moldy (and filthy) apartment. She was asked about any problems with mold or water damage in the apartment and denied. Upon moving into apartment was unable to breath. apartment was filthy dirty and baseboard heaters were so filthy they were a health hazard, not cleaned the entire 30 years she has owned property. Complained about the stove in the apartment and her response “In France, you don’t have to supply a stove in a apartment.” She’s greedy, insisted on a move in date 3 days after looking at apartment (had just paid other rent) and it wasn’t even painted. Took no responsibility. Blamed the handyman and the former tenant. Also, did not inform of a coal box down basement that sends coal dust everywhere, causing more health problems.
