[29-Sep-2021] I was called the day before by the landlord named John, telling me that there would be a showing of the house the following day. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to see this house at 409 Boyce St. in Gastonia NC. He asks me if there's anything he should know which may prevent me from being approved for the house. I told him everything that could be disqualifying. He proceeds to talk to me for 2 HOURS. At the end of these 2 hours, he tells me that I AM HIS TOP CANDIDATE. I pay the $35 application fee and the following morning am notified by AN AUTOMATED EMAIL that I was declined for the rental. So if you want to have your time and money wasted, talk to these fools.
