[26-Apr-2022] She kept $600 of our deposit without telling us why and we left the place cleaner and better than we found it. She left us to work things out with extremely rude and inconsiderate neighbors in the duplex and wouldn’t resolve serious health threats caused by them. She rarely responds to anything. She is rude and awkward when she arrived and didn’t introduce herself when she came into my home since I had signed a contract with her son. Her son said we would probably only lose $200 of our deposit for normal wear and tear when we did an inspection, and didn’t let us try to fix anything that they charged us for even though we paid through the end of the month.
