[14-Jun-2022] Nai Yang and his wife Shu Lin are some of the greediest people you will ever see in your life. They have no knowledge of how to properly maintain the property as a landlord. All they care about is renting their house. At the end of the lease, they will try to find everything and anything to deduct from your security deposit. Do yourself a favor, and take pictures and videos upon moving in. Document anything and everything and keep a record of all emails/texts communication as they might come in handy in case of a small court claim. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from them.
