[18-Jun-2022] Two women tenants with 30 years "experience" living on the strees as heroin-crack-meth addicts live here. They constantly cuss, swear, verbally assault, insult and threaten tenants (me). They scream all night long and crank TV volume to maximum only at night (I sleep with earplugs) under my bedroom door: the house is super small, and the door is made of thin plywood. Landlord did not disclose any of that. I started video recording their verbal assaults, threats and such and Linda immediately said "you are thief!" but neither she or landlord said what it was I "stole". I now know that that's how they get rid of tenants, but screaming "thief!" in order not to refund rent and Last Month Deposit and Cleaning fee. They make double on rent.
