ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[01-Apr-2023] The management here was extremely frustrating to work with. Mostly, they were simply unresponsive and tried to cut corners and extract fees from us at every opportunity. The townhomes are poorly built and equipped with cheap appliances that often break. The master bathroom shower drain, for example, is usually frozen during the winter, making the shower inoperable. Management knows this- their solution was for us to pour boiling water into the drain every day and just deal with it. When our dishwasher broke one August, it wasn’t until the next January that it was finally replaced, after months of temporary fixes and ignored texts to management. It was also during that time that a piece of flashing under the counter top came loose, exposing nails that hurt our 5-month old son. That one was still not fixed when we left the townhome in March. Furthermore, management does not plow the long driveway less that 24-48 hours after it snows, leaving compacted ice.

Probably the most frustrating thing about this experience was after we left when, despite the failure to respond to our issues in a timely manner, management had the gaul to send us a cleaning bill for a bit of dust in corners (we were also charged for a small dent in one wall- I have no problem paying for that one). Management could not be bothered to cover exposed nails, replace our broken dishwasher in less than 5 months, or plow snow before it turns to ice, but we must pay for 5 minutes of trivial dusting.

There are so many nice places to stay in Cache Valley- don’t rent from this place. Everything is cheap, except for the expectations management has of their tenants- who see them as little more than walking ATM machines.
