[29-Jan-2024] A short, angry, incel in his 50s. ONLY rents to college girls, doesn’t even own the home as he claims. He is a tenant himself. He is a CREEP! He WILL go into your room when you’re gone and lie to you about it so PLEASE have a camera. He will lie to lure you in and get you to sign the lease, and once you move in, you’re doomed. He is a big liar, and unsmart about it, which makes it easy to collect evidence against him. He has NO regard for tenant rights at all. The picture you have of you living in the place when you first meet and view the apartment compared to what it will actually be like are drastically different. He is crazy. He will get angry that you decided to spend your day off at home. He wants your money for rent, but god forbid you actually live there. All of this behavior, and then he takes offense when you don’t want to be friends with or converse with his creepy self. He will tell you that you’re too serious and constantly tell you that you stay to yourself too much. He’s short, high pitched voice, single, and lonely, falls asleep on the couch with his stomach hanging out, and you WILL hear him snoring from your room. Borderline alcoholic and just an arrogant loser, and again, AN INCEL. Also a security deposit thief. Please know NJ SECURITY DEPOSIT and NJ Tenant Laws if you decide to sign anyway. PROTECT YOURSELF. He will try to kick you out for reminding him about repairs that he promised would be done MONTHS or WEEKS ago. Honestly, just run for the hills!!!! This man is aggressive and creepy, maybe even dangerous or mentally disturbed. He hates fresh food, and survives off of frozen meals and takeout, and will open all windows, the garage, etc. if you so much as boil an egg around him. Says no cooking after 8pm, but threatened to kick me out for cooking at 6pm after work and after challenging him about why he had a problem when I’m literally following the rules. He’s insane. Do not live with or rent from this freakish live-in landlord. He will become obsessed with you and EVERYTHING you do. He thinks he’s starting a cult of wives or something it seems. He will constantly tell you his other tenants love him, love him so much that physical altercations have almost ensued, and he constantly has people moving out early.
