[23-Oct-2010] This landlord makes a practice of personally coming around to all his properties some time after the first of every month and collecting rent checks. He never makes any mention of any late fees. Don't be fooled. When he returned the deposit, he takes out ~$500 from the security deposit. You must not accept this. This is against Ohio law. I'm having to take action against him to regain the full deposit. He depends on the tenants to see it as just too much trouble to take any action. What he's doing is criminal!
