ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[17-May-2011] This landlord is a slum-lord. They do not fix anything until it is time for rent. They expect you to live in leaks and roach infested homes. There was an open hole which I could not find...those big cock roaches from outside raided the house every night. Of coarse they cant live inside the house but I had to pick the critters up after the died. As far as leaks these slums put glue on a leak in a tub and it came back after the glue wore..only a month later. Water consistly leaks.
