[17-Aug-2011] This landlord I thought was very nice. Told me that the neighbors have been with her for years. I moved in the neighbors never introduced themselves to me, and the guy in particular downstairs had a vendeta against me. I did have friends over but not excessively, maybe once a month and always complained of me being loud, when he was the one slamming doors and walking loud, I could hear him upstairs! I never complained to my landlord, but my landlord would call me all the time and tell me that I need to be quiet. I have never got a noise complaint in my life living in my previous places. I asked if i could have any pets and she told me that no pets were allowed but yet the downstairs neighbors have a cat and dog. The lady downstairs blamed my bf of ruining her car when she is the one that didnt know how to park in the garage and scratched her own car on the garage. Somehow everything was my fault. Living in this place was hell, it was like walking on eggshells, I felt like the landlord was like a strict mother, it was ridiculous, why am I paying rent?? ANyways I would highly suggest that you dont live here, you would pretty much have to be on your death bed, have no friends and do nothing everyday to satisfy these neighbors and good luck trying to explain anything to your landlord, all she does is take sides and its the tenants who have been there longer. I have never dealt with someone like this before!! So once again do not live here, you'll regret it I promise you!!!!
