[28-Oct-2011] So sad! I have great roomates, great location and reasonable rent. The one thing that is going to move me out of this place quicker than i realized is a landlord that has arrested development. My interactions with Mr. Delany (ey) have been less than ideal. His philosphy on landlording is that it is his rules and the lowly tenants must be subservient to his wishes. His communication skills and conflict/resolution skills are on the 6th grade level and he has no desire to progress. If you can stomach a landland who invades as the "other roomate" then more power to you. He also lives next door which makes for an even more invasive situation.
