[30-Jan-2012] Terrible landlord that never fixed anything and promises you the moon to get you moved in then never stays true to his word. He will find ways to screw you out of your deposit, including lying about damages. He did not do a move-out walk through with us and then demanded MORE money after keeping our deposit(we did not pay him a cent more). We were model tenants for years and never had any issues with any landlord before. He also lives in the building he rents and makes alot of noise all night, total disregard for his tenants. Big mistake if you rent from this guy!
