[01-Apr-2012] I am very happy to not still be renting from Nancy Shearman. She does not respect her tenants privacy, nor does she have even remotely reasonable expectations of them. (After nearly a year of being bullied by her, having her show up right under our bedroom window at 6:00AM on a regular basis, after having her throw out a house plant belonging to me (without my permission) before she "showed the house," (Which was done without proper 48 hour notice)--(she puts in on market and pulls it off often), after watching her start wars with the neighbors, and having her behave in a very manic depressive way in general - I can honestly say this is a woman who should never rent to anyone. We were quiet and clean and complied with everything she asked us to until she became unreasonable. When this happened, we gave notice. The week before she sent us an email stating what good tenants we were. After notice, she informed us that we could not expect a good reference from her, and she refused to do a walk-through of the property (which was so clean you could lick the house) because she had hurt her knee. If you read this review, and have any doubts - just listen to the way she laughs, and the way she talks about others. I should have known better than to rent there after hearing this, "No one ever does anything right because no one ever listens to me."
