[19-Sep-2022] This landlord who is his wife's real estate business to rent out properties. She did not conduct a proper move-in inspection. None of the issues were discussed or followed through with. Anytime there was a repair, she accused us of breaking something. Anytime the smallest thing didn't function properly, she did not fix it. Finally after a couple of years I got the landlord involved because his wife was not helpful. Even though we are professionals, they both talk down to us, they did not take care of a mold problem in a timely fashion, they truly are not nice people who are sneaky in business and very untrustworthy. The third floor bathroom flooded all the way down to the basement, and they wanted to know what we did wrong. The husband told me that they replaced the carpet after the accident, and they did not! Water is dripping from a second floor light fixture after the leak, and they refuse to replace the light fixture! As a matter of fact, they fixed it a couple of weeks before we moved out! Splinters and Rusty nails come up from the deck, and they didn't replace it until the day before we move out! No exaggeration. When we looked at the property initially, she promised that she would take care of things, and she did not. There were holes in the walls nails left everywhere, terrible paint jobs! I've repaired things and I painted. And I never asked for a dime. She won't allow cats, and then I asked her to reconsider she shouted at me through a message in all capital letters that she said no! Like I was a child. She's horribly unprofessional just like her husband. During covid, he raised our rent over $200. She never even asked if our family was financially stable. I know it's not her business to worry about it, but a decent human being would care. I don't like leaving reviews that talk down about someone so much. But they are really not decent human beings. Across the courtyard from us another young family runs from them, and they have to fix their own stuff all the time. I hope someone reads this before they run from these people. By the way, the Kumar is used the real estate business to advertise through which is Samson properties
