[21-Jun-2012] Bill is nice when it comes time to get you in. When we told him we would be moving to accomodate our size due to a new baby, he changed into a different person and tried to make us move out early, so that he could catch us off guard and get his deposite back. the money he put into the place while we lived there was stuff that needed to be done, like replace the carpet, and put in a new air conditioning unit. The carpet was old and looked like office carpet. He was pretty timely on fixing stuff or addressing concerns though. At the end, he wanted to show the house a week before we were to be out and we told him the punch list of things that we needed to do for the final inspection. When he came to show the place, he said all this stuff was wrong and had some sort of bipolar/diabetic mood swing meltdown then tried to make me sign a disclosure, basically incriminating myself, and kicked me out of his office when I said I wouldn't sign, and called me a "MORMON FUCKER". Now tell me that's proffecional.
By the way, asking anyone to move out early without grounds, constitutes violation of the landlord tenant act refer: 55-248-30. I have always been forthcoming and actually improved the looks around the house, by painting designer colors inside, installing nice expensive blinds, and pavers around the trees, on top of mulching the property my self periodically. This smart guy also pulled a fast one on me to get the key. He said that he had someone comming to look at the place and so needed a key, even after we told him that we would show the place for him and retain posession of the key. So I actually passed by the house about that time and he did not indeed have anyone he was showing the house to. He just lied to do a little recon. I also sent him a certified letter to which he had to sign for and refused. THe letter was showing him that he was in violation of the landlord tenant act.
