[21-Jul-2012] Richard's cousin lives in the lower apartment and they complain about everything little thing. They claimed they could hear my husband and I having sex. Well, thanks for the compliment, but it wasn't true. Richard's wife called me and said they were over their apartment and heard it. I asked her when that was. She said "yesterday around 7pm" my reply "oh really? Well, that's hard to believe since my husband was watching tv on the couch with his son and I was taking a nap in the bedroom. So how am I supposed to believe you?". When we first got the apartment (hadn't even moved in yet) my sister stopped by with her 3 year old son to see the place. My nephew started running around. He's a crazy kid so I had to ask him 3 times to stop running. So he was a little loud, but he only ran for less than a minute! This happened around 8pm. The following day Rich called and informed me that his cousin, Ron called him to complain. One little noise and he complained! When Ron and his girlfriend, Joanne had people over I could hear them talking so loud that I heard every word of their conversation. Rich called constantly! It was terrible. He just believed everything his cousin said. We were not loud people. They just wanted us out. Rich also charges a lot to use the garage. He wants $35 per month.
