[14-Jun-2013] Search for Timothy Eosco in Inspectional Service Department of the City of Boston, there are public records of the violations recommending landlord's prosecution. Landlord lives in the building and you'll have to see him every day. No access to fuse box, posible cross metering, very dangerous. The apartment is very noisy, it's in the corner and traffic is intensive. No privacy, no mailbox. Landlord is cheap and wants access to the apartment in the weekends making me loose my time dealing with him. Landlord insults, abuses, harass, lies and steals. Ask him how many square feet has the apartment. Be sure that laundry is in the lease and 24/7 or he will not allow you to use it arguing that it's not included in the lease; he called it privilege; sometimes he establishes new laundry hours from 8AM to 9PM so you can't use it. Heat is insufficient, he will argue that you have the control near your door but I have registered temperatures bellow 50 Fahrenheit in the winters from 2011-13. The bathroom has ventilation problems, it's in the bedroom and it's a mess; if he doesn't turn on the heat it gets full of mold. The stove is more than 20 years old and has monoxide carbon problems it causes soot and it gets in your things, his walls and your lungs; he took it from the garbage as the fridge and lighting fixtures. The windows are drafty, they are not weather tight, the apartment is really small and it gets so cold. There is a mice infestation in the whole building; he has been refusing to solve it until ISD asked him to do it. Landlord doesn't provide receipts, pay him only with check, no cash and no money orders. Be very careful, this guy doesn't respect the law and in this moment is prosecuted in the court for violations and contempt.
