ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[31-Jan-2017] Doug is a reasonable landlord, however he is not interested in investing in his property. Structural issues, roof, basement will catch up with him (and possibly the tenant) sooner or later. When things did go wrong he was over quickly to fix them.
