[10-Oct-2013] Mr Hoyt collects his rent, it ends there! Units are in dire need of upgrading to city code, unsafe. He has a long history on public record of taking tenants to court, renting to horrible tenants that drink, drug, destroy property. The building is 1930's and has never been updated. Water damage, bugs, vermin observed inside and out with numerous complaints from neighbors both adjacent buildings. Do NOT rent from this slumlord unless you want a place to burn your heating fuel out the roof because nothing in insulated, we moved in and out within 6 months and were tenant #4 in the building within 1 year. Horrible old man smiles and stabs you in the back!
Falling walls, rotted piping, broken windows, screen, unsanitary dumpster with rats! Apartment daughter and I rented was not an apartment but a tiny attic made to look like one with outlets blowing sparks, dangerous, slumlord too old to be one!
