[11-Oct-2013] Owner is bed ridden, so his wife Fay takes care of the building. When things are wrong, she pretends to be forgetful. The plumming in every apartment does not work properly. The bathtub and sink clogs, her answer is to buy a bottle of "remove the clog" from home depot, but she will not buy it herself, she complains, she cannot carry heavy stuff. So as if part of my groceries, I have to purchase this every two to three months. The last time the laundry was broken, it took more than two weeks to fix, only because she is too cheap to hire professionals. Now that the building is in the process of being sold, she has people trampling into everybody apartments, every other week, so there goes your privacy. And she is never with them, only her broker. But when the rent is due she comes banging on your door early morning for the rent, without so much as a phone call. Not to mention that she lies, she pretends to be forgetful, she uses her menory for her advantage. The building gets clean only when it rains. The water heaters are in the stone age, so be prepared to have a high electric bill.
