[13-Jul-2014] This place is the apartment from Hell! The management office tends to lie so they don't have to spend money on the interior of the apartments but the extirors. Thats how they'll sucker you in to renting here. For instance saying you need $100 to take a property off the market, $300 to move your pet in, $35 petrent. the associates manager stated to me, to live here I would need to make double my income, and should I ever break my lease I will pay a TWO (2) years lease rent!. Another thing you'll experience are bugs in your apartments at all seasons. Pests crawling in your walls and vents. Problems with your utilites as well. My former neighbor did her laundry in her tub, we lost hot water! The management here are atrocious! They decided to discriminate against my family's civil, human, and constitutional rights. Your privacy will be violated repeatedly and a another thing, the associates manager tends to be discriminatory towards Caucasian people, Catholics, LGBT, disabled people. Renters beware, this place is not for you! Keep looking, this place is not for you.
In addition, the have these little black bugs and flies that will swarm around your apartment. They will make life difficult in your apartment. Also you can sit in your house and smell marijuana, have your downstairs neighbor try to blow-up your building, or worse.
Also, don't look for security here, they're a bunch of incompetent mall cops waving there flashlights in your windows, but are afraid of their own shadows.
